Error on TerraStation

Today I have attempted to swap / send UST and Luna to other exchanges via TerraStation and I get this message:

“signature verification failed; please verify account number (4077697), sequence (7) and chain-id (columbus-5): unauthorized”

Even though, I confrim on the ledger transaction, but its just shows this error message. Any ideas?

I cannot withdraw UST from Anchor (using Terra Station). Am I fine for a new LUNA airdrop?

I have ledger, I’ve tried it in Brave and Explorer Windows and the message appears in all of them. It was the only time this message appeared to me, this has never happened to me, I’m worried.

Does the problem persist for all of you? Will keep this topic updated, until someone can help us. I don’t know what’s going on, I don’t even know what to do.

same issue here: signature verification failed; please verify account number (…), sequence (1) and chain-id (columbus-5): unauthorized

Yeah I’ve had this same problem all day. Tried multiple browsers, not working. I was able to sign other transactions on mirror protocol no problem so it seems to be a problem with signing on terra station specifically.

Bumping it to increase visibility.

I had same issue with TerraStation web app - unable to withdraw from Anchor Earn to wallet. I then used the Anchor site and was able to withdraw from there and did not receive the error. The UST now shows updated balance in TerraStation wallet. Can’t help with Luna send or swaps - just had problems withdrawing from TerraStation Earn using the web app.

Have you tried the mobile wallet?

Mobile wallet requires ledger that can work through bluetooth…

I have just Nano S… and im using Android

I cleared cookies TerraStation and its web extension. (Chrome), On the Terra extension, I managed to swap / send, however I didnt attempted to do it on the TerraStation

I had the same issue. Solved it by clearing cache and cookies which meant reconnecting my wallet to Terra Station. Hopefully will work for at least some of you. Best wishes.

@Silas_Bodmer I have exactly the same problem here! I cleared the cache and cookies multiple tomes. I tried to reconnect every single step in the proces. I have enough UST for gas. But i keep getting the same message over and over again. Please help us to solve this problem.

Same error, tried clearing cache, restart, everything, not working.
