You need to include the ā€œmemoā€ that can be seen in the transaction to binanceā€™s wallet address (terraā€¦wleht5) so that binance knows which account is the scammerā€™s. The address alone wonā€™t narrow it down at all.

The same thing happened to me just 4 hours ago. The scammer sent my new luna tokens to this address:

He also sent my lunac tokens to this address:
terra10nmmwe8r3g99a9newtqa7a75xfgs2e8z87r2sf

This guy has literally stolen millions of dollars and Terra are saying they canā€™t do a thing.

This is the reason why Crypto will not get main stream adoption. It needs to be cleaned up first.
